The Junior Women's League of Smithfield (JWL) is excited to announce that registration is now open for our second annual Women @ Work Conference, a power-packed morning full of sessions designed to energize and invigorate attendees, scheduled for the morning of Saturday, March 9.

We know how important goal setting is, but it seems that day-to-day life gets in the way, leaving us trying to cross off a never-ending to do list. It's time to flip the script and empower ourselves to achieve our goals without the burn out that often comes with trying to do it all.

We are excited to announce that our 2019 keynote speaker is Dr. Nicole M. Cranley, PhD.  A published behavioral scientist with a focus on communication, burnout and self efficacy, Dr. Cranley has been published in multiple national and international, peer-reviewed journals, and featured in several media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Verily Magazine, and PsyBlog.  She is also the author of the lifestyle blog, The Doctorette, as well as the host of The Mad Hattresses podcast.

Attendees will attend three breakout sessions hosted by guest speakers in addition to the keynote address. Breakout sessions are hosted by: Dr. Nicole Cranley, PhD Lorri Lofton (ProSocialites Co-Founder), Frieda Clark (Senior VP Atrium Health Medical Group - Regional Physician Networks).

The morning will also include a light breakfast, three breakout sessions on topics relevant to today's woman, and a light lunch provided by Chefella's Cafe and Event Planning, with decor provided by Plume Events. Women @ Work is open to the public, and tickets are available for $20.  The deadline to register is Friday, February 22. All attendees will receive one entry in our drawing for a Cultivate What Matters Prize Pack, which is valued at $100. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased for $5.00 in advance or at the event. To register or purchase additional raffle tickets, visit https://www.jwlsmithfield.com/women-at-work-conference.

Women @ Work Conference is for women who are working inside the home, outside the home, in their communities, or in their hearts to make the world a better place. This is an opportunity for women who are at work day in and day out to come together to revive their spirits and learn insight from each other to live their best lives everyday. Women @ Work is sure to be an exciting, humorous, and engaging event for women of all ages.
